Ticketholder agrees and acknowledges that Long Beach Baseball Club, Inc. and/or its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, designees, employees, representatives, licensees, successors and assigns (collectively, “Producer”) may be photographing, filming, videotaping and/or recording events happening at the ballpark while ticketholder is present. Accordingly, by entering the ballpark, ticketholder grants Producer the absolute and irrevocable right and permission (but not the obligation) to photograph, film, videotape, record, reproduce, portray and/or otherwise exploit ticketholder's name, voice, conversations, sounds, persona, appearance, signature, photograph, portrayal, mannerisms, personal characteristics, biographical material, image and/or likeness, stories, statements or actions made by ticketholder, whether written, spoken, or otherwise uttered or expressed by ticketholder, information given and/or materials provided by ticketholder or derivative works thereof and for advertising, promotion, or any other lawful purpose whatsoever.
